Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the OSA Conference. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Cancellations made on or before 21st October (30 days prior to the event date) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, excluding GST and processing fees.

2. No Refunds After 21st October:

  • Refund requests received after 21st October will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Process:

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to cancellation@osacon25.osa.ind.in with a CC to ophsocassam1967@gmail.com.
  • Please include the following details in your email:
  • Full Name of Registrant
  • Registration Number
  • Payment Receipt(s) as Attachment(s)
  • Contact Information (Phone Number & Email Address)

4. Refund Timeline:

  • All eligible refunds will be processed post-conference. Kindly allow up to 30 working days after the conference concludes for the refund to be credited to your account.

5. Non-Transferable Registrations:

  • Registrations are non-transferable. Requests to transfer registrations to another individual will not be entertained.

6. Force Majeure Clause:

  • In the event of conference cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), refund policies may be revised at the discretion of the organizers.
